Since this is requested so frequently, I thought I'd make a preemptive

strike, in the spirit of America's new military ideology.

Here's what I ate today:

undereating phase

____

a shake made from six eggs, six tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp extra virgin olive

oil, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla (usually I use berries in place of the

ms/van but didn't have any.

i drink small amounts of the shake as needed.

pre-workout

____

some whey protein/tbsp CLO

_____

warrrior meal

______

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1 tablespoon CLO

1 pound of eye round steak, fried in butter with black pepper, rare

1/2 can of wild salmon (about 7.5 oz)

3 zuchinni, sauteed in 1 tbsp bacon grease and 1 tbsp coconut oil with 2 very

large cloves of garlic, diced

two tbsp maple syrup

the other 1/2 can wild salmon (about 7.5 oz, about 15 oz all together)

1 tbsp CLO

2 very, very large sweet potatoes with ginger, nutmeg, and 6 tbsp butter

1 quart of whole raw milk
