Guest guest
Hello all, I went to the dentist for a cleaning yesterday and apparently I have a cavity in one of my molars. The sealants that I got about 15 years ago have broken down around the edges enough for gunk to get underneath and cause decay. It makes me wonder if sealants are a good idea at all. If I didn't have the sealant then just brushing would have probably been enough. Any way . . . Is there anything that one can do about a cavity once it's there? Are clear plastic fillings ok? What can I do to take care of my teeth in the future? By the way, I have been eating primarily NT for about 4 months and I take cod liver oil almost every day. ~Johannah > >
