Guest guest
Hello all! I'm new to Nourishing Traditions and haven't bought the cookbook yet. I know chicken broth is good, I was wondering if it was okay just to use chicken necks for the broth. Also, does anyone use a slow cooker for simmering all night? If so, what is your " procedure " ? Tks, Louise

I wish I could retrieve all the broth I tossed now. I kept thinking that I probably shouldn't be consuming that much fat in a two day period. (I used it to puree food with.) Thank for educating me.
