Guest guest
Here's a recipe that I grew up with and my family enjoys--how do I change it to make it better for us? Greco 1 pound ground beef, browned and drained 3-4 potatoes, cubed and browned 1 can creamed corn 1 can tomato paste 3-4 garden tomatoes, skinned & chopped OR 1 can tomatoes with juice salt & pepper to taste Combine all ingredients in casserole dish, cover and bake at 350 till heated through, approximately 30 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese. This recipe originally called for pasta instead of potatoes, but I changed that part when we went GF years ago. I know I can substitute pasture-fed beef, organic potatoes. What about the rest? I'm reading everything I can get my hands on, but the learning curve is steeper for the older folks--LOL!
