Guest guest Posted December 1, 2006 Report Share Posted December 1, 2006 ALMOND RICE CRISPIES 3/4 cup blanched sliced almonds 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups organic brown rice crispies 2 tbsp. tahini or sesame butter. Heat the syrup to a simmer Put almonds in food processor or blender and make almond meal Place rice syrup , almonds, and vanilla in a bowl and mix well. Add brown rice crispies and tahini or sesame butter to the syrup mixture and mix till well blended. Press mixture into lightly oiled cake pan( this recipe calls for 6 1/2 inch cake pan) I put into whatever I have that will fit. Let sit for a few hours Cut and serve.
