What kind of small fish? Brands that are good and safe to buy?

Thanks!

I just bought my first bag of dried anchovies at the Asian market yesterday.

I tell you, it was not easy putting that shiny little body with those vacant

eyes in my mouth, but hey, they're good! I still can't let them touch my

lips for some reason though, but i'll get used to it. It was my toddler that

made me take the first bite. I put one in her mouth and she took it out and

put it in mine so i thought i better set a good example. I know Heidi fries

hers, how else can you eat them besides just plain?

Also, given the calcium info, how many fish do you need to eat a day then

for calcium? About a 1/3 of a cup?
