Guest guest
Hi Nina- The Ezekiel bread has a sprouted 100% wheat and a sprouted multi-grain. The multi-grain in my fridge has no sprouted soy, but does have lecithin from soy. I'm pretty sure the sprouted wheat is the same way. I think the original ezekiel bread does have sprouted soy. hth jordan Sprouted Wheat Breads > I was just wondering if anyone has found any good commercial sprouted > bread products?
