Hi Nina-

The Ezekiel bread has a sprouted 100% wheat and a sprouted multi-grain. The

multi-grain in my fridge has no sprouted soy, but does have lecithin from

soy. I'm pretty sure the sprouted wheat is the same way.

I think the original ezekiel bread does have sprouted soy.
