A one hour drive would end in a mad dash for the nearest restroom. I thought that it was just one of those I'm over 40 now things. Earlier this year I began taking a trace mineral supplement (Trace-lyte) and the bladder problem went away that week. I hope it will help with my tooth enamel problems as well. I am also gluten intolerant and have been off gluten for two years. A lot of the intolerances cause damage mainly because they interfere with nutrient absoption or usage, so the two aren't mutually exclusive. I do find that my issues come back the day after I eat something I shouldn't have, but I haven't experimented with minerals. -- Heidi Jean
