Hi there, I like the sound of 's supp. Going to look into that.

I've been doing biomed for a little while now, and adrenal

support/thyroid/kidney/liver et al is a bit of a cinderella in biomed

with its focus on the gut, brain, detox metals, misses this until it

jumps up and bites you on the bum.

Our kid's got adrenal stress (but on high side) and Dr CK suggested

Brain Calm from Labs which is a mix of Inositol, and choline

amongst other stuff. He had high cortisol, and the brain activity needs

calming down. He is quite an excitable little chap, and now we have one

clue why. Also support for liver and kidney obviously. Brain Calm's

hard to get, but the herbal remedy Bacopa Monniera was also suggested.

You can get it from the breakspear and they say it helps with attention

and concentration. Its the " Pure " formulation. I call it " The Husband

Drug "

The latter works great on me, chilling me out, making me feel OK about

emotional stuff, makes me oblivious to grumpy hubby throwing strops all

over the place both large and small, I bloody love the stuff I swear, I

have motivation I haven't had for a long time. Cheers Magdelena, top

one, but we can't treat Jay yet with it yet because he's having other

tests. Girls it's cheap, give it a whirl for yourself!

All best
