Guest guest
There's a place in Portland called Higgins that uses grass-fed meats and local produce. Haven't eaten there myself but am told it's good. Was even told by my grass-feed meat supplier that they made a pudding once from suet (rendered into tallow). Elaine > Question: I'll be driving from Seattle to Eureka, CA and am wondering if > there are any NT, or heck, just yummy places to eat on Hwy 5. Higgins is extremely NT friendly. Two bits of advice: 1) Call ahead because it gets busy; 2) bring your wallet.
