There's a place in Portland called Higgins that uses grass-fed meats and

local produce. Haven't eaten there myself but am told it's good. Was even

told by my grass-feed meat supplier that they made a pudding once from suet

(rendered into tallow).

Higgins is extremely NT friendly. Two bits of advice: 1) Call ahead

because it gets busy; 2) bring your wallet. :)
