suggestions on WO schedule

I'm thinking of changing my workouts to:

(these are non-aerobic days)

day 1: chest back shoulders

day 2: biceps triceps abs

day 3: legs

Do you think working each body part one day a week is enough?

My schedule is changing and I just cannot, nor have I ever

finished UBW in the amount of time the book say (I think 46

mins?)
