Following Zoe's message on conflict of interest at the GMC trial, I

wrote to them too and this is their reply,

Dear Ms Moroza-

Thank you for your email.

The issue you refer to has been considered

thoroughly by all parties to the proceedings. I attach an extract from the public

transcript of the start of most recent session of the hearing, from 3 November 2008,

which shows that all the parties are satisfied there is no conflict of

interest.

To whom it may concern: Although I understand that your normal process for

panellists to declare any conflict of interest was followed in the fitness to

practise hearing into the 3 Royal Free doctors, it is my belief that there is a

very strong and alarming conflict of interests. Dr Kumar, who chairs the

hearing has disclosed a shareholding in MMR defendents GlaxoKline. I would

appreciate your comments on this matter. Are you in agreement with me that this

constitutes a conflict of interest? Please explain your rationale. I look
