how can you tell if you're gluten intolerant?

In posting about my children's dental problems and reading these

responses as well as other posts, I would like to know how you find

out if you are gluten intolerant? It seems to me that I do not have

the symptoms but, in light of our dental challenges, I am wanting to

look at any and all possibilities.

We are on a somewhat tight budget so can I 'test' myself?
