THOSE were the best! I loved the pictures of the kefiili! The

practical side of all these recipes is in the techniques sometimes,

and that is so hard to capture with words.

Sign me up for that book! Do you have a publisher yet or is this

something that you will self-publish?

Self-publish ... it will be a very low-cost PDF. I do self-publish programming

books, but this is a lot more low-key, and the main idea is to

help folks get started in real-life cooking.
