They have brown and white .. they taste pretty much the same though. Yeah, I

think

you should try it. My crew thinks it tastes like wheat pasta, they never knew

the

difference til I told them.

>Oh, and if it hasn't been posted by the time I send this (I'm on digest), would

you mind posting the brownie recipe? Sounds delicious. TIA.

Sure, and it IS delicious:

" German Chocolate " Frosting

1 can coconut milk or 1 cup heavy cream

6 egg yolks

1 cup brown sugar or rapadura

1/2 stick butter (or 1/4 cup coconut oil)

A bit of vanilla

nuts

coconut

Mix it all together and cook until thick. Then add a mess of nuts (roasted

chopped nuts are the best) and coconut. Excellent by itself, in a tart shell,

on a cake, or on brownies.

Easy Brownies

Melt in a baking pan (9x9, or a pie plate)

1/2 cup butter (or 1/2 cup coconut oil)

2 squares unsweetened chocloate

Add:

1 T cocoa powder

2 eggs

1/4 cup flour (any kind: nut flour works too)

1 tsp. xanthan gum

2 T applesauce (or any cooked mushy fruit or vegetable, or omit this if you

want)

1 t vanilla

Mix it all up. Then add some chopped nuts and marshmallows, if you want. Bake at

350 til done (about 30 minutes).

Top with German chocolate frosting if desired.
