----> Oops somewhere in this thread it sounds like I put in D when I

meant A...who knows where and I don't have time to track it back......

Anyhow here's what I'm doing, 30000 - 90,000 IU's of vit A from high

vit CLO not vit D. That's 2-4 Tbps/day of the high vit CLO. I've

lately dropped it to 2 Tbs/day so I'm getting 30,000/day from CLO.

The vit D on the labels says 575/1.5 tsps so I'm getting around

7000IUs of vit D a day from CLO right now. It was higher earlier this

summer. I'm not outdoors hardly at all.

I also use 2 tsp butter oil so my actual vit D intake is much higher

just from both these oils. I have no idea what the total would be.

So far I'm not showing any disturbing signs of anything. No excess

bleeding or bruising problems. None of the signs mentioned of excess

vit D or vit A. But I have been only doing this with the CLO for the

past 3 months.

I have been using the butter oil for the past 3 years though and also

use raw grassfed butter. In the past I've also used organ meats

although not in hugh amounts.

- I did find Price's warnings and wish it was more specific in

amounts. Although it sounds like the amounts of CLO he recommends

would be much lower than what I've been consuming. Don't know what to

think of that as this is working so well for me.

I also have 2 anecedotal stories that might speak to over consumption

of CLO:

One is my aunt who had a number of problems they couldn't figure out

in the 1960s. Turns out she was consumming too much CLO. She doesn't

remember how much or exactly what was wrong with her (she's in her 80s

now). They all went away when she reduced her CLO.

The other was an immigrant my mother knew at her church. He was so

excited about being able to get cheap organ meat here, he consumed

large amounts of them. He told my mom something was wrong with him but

it wasn't specific. When he finally got checked by a doctor he was

told to lay off the liver for awhile. All his symptoms went away.

Don't have anymore info than this on either of these stories.
