Ouch. It is sooo acidic! Some folks use kefir grains though, on

skin growths. They have experimented with kefir to kill e-coli

on meat too, it works well.

I have a friend who says applying kombucha on the skin is helping her

eczema.

i tellya though, if i were out in the rockies with nothing but a jar of

kimchi and i got bit by a panther and fought him off but had a big gaping

wound? i'd pack it with kimchi.

Oooh, I'll have to remember that next time I'm out in the rockies!

I'd guess the garlic smell will keep the bears away too.
