The battle THERE may be even tougher than just correcting the SAD. Many folks go on a health-knowledge spree after being diagnosed with Celiac Disease, partly because their Gastro docs know NOTHING about nutrition. The problem: all their info comes from the mainstream medical journals and research. Garbage in, garbage out. They are super-educated, and vigilant about promoting knowledge of their disease. However, *I* came here after someone posted a little note about Nourishing Traditions on the Celiac list, so there ya go.
