Guest guest Posted August 17, 2004 Report Share Posted August 17, 2004 I'd like to try making my own yoghurt, but I've hit a roadblock of sorts. I have a gas oven with an ELECTRONIC ignition (translation: NO pilot light.) The lowest setting on the oven is 170 degrees and I checked with an oven thermometer to verify that's the lowest possible temp. So, what other setups can I use to make yoghurt?
