That last post with the reference to the squat goddess had me laughing ... but also it FINALLY got through my thick head why I was having problems. So I went back to the basic " how to " page and took it slow ... and sheesh, my bum knee is actually *better.* And my thigh muscles feel like rubber bands, those squats really DO work out the ol' muscles.
