Heidi I am learning SO much from your recipes! Would you, and

others on the list, mind taking the time to post your recipes to

the " Files " section of the loop? I did take the time to browse

through all the folders before asking questions (((smile))) however,

there just aren't very many recipes, and in fact some of the folders

are completely empty. I realize it is a bit time-consuming to

upload files, but it would save re-posting as well.

Well, I'm collecting them into a cookbook ... pictures and everything. I

did post two chapters, on kefiili and kimchi ... the rest will get posted

when I debug them. But anyone who wants to copy them into

the Files section is welcome to ... I just barely have enough time

to think at the moment, I can't volunteer for another job (there is

a big pot of green tomato chutney on the stove as we speak ...)

But really, there are a LOT of good recipes on the web, just type

say, " brownie gluten " . The archives at Maelstrom have a ton too:

MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU

(look around to sign up for the celiac list, and they will

send you directions to access the archives).
