I'm so upset I couldn't attend. It sounds like the food and >the talks were great. > >Dawn Just about everyone I talked to about the salmon dinner felt it wasn't that good. The salmon was much too dry. The only part I liked about that dinner was the butter and maple cream for dessert. The waitress put ONE small bowl of maple cream on our table (there were about 8 people at the table). I requested three more, which she gave us without question :-) It was supposed to go on our fruit cups. So we got a good portion of that. However the beef stew lunch was very good. And I bought kefir and colostrum and beet kvass from one of the Amish farm vendors there. The dairy products were execellent. I also drank several bottles of lacto-fermented root beer made by Eisenstein, which were also great. All in all, most of the food was great. Suze Fisher Lapdog Design, Inc.
