The " meat " in the young coconuts (buko nuts) is not tough and hard; instead it is a soft translucent jelly which you can dip out and eat with a spoon. The coconut water (buko juice) in them is a very refreshing healthful drink, a good replacement for lost fluids. CN Milk, CN Meat, and flaked CN all contain good amounts of CNO. so you don't have to eat the straight CNO if you don't want to.
