Guest guest
One more, Pete, you said in the workshop and on this board that you should train alpha in children where it is and in adults where it should be. I thought I got it until I tried to think how that would affect training. In children, would that mean that if you saw the alpha shape in theta, you may adjust the ranges so that SMR training may be in the 10-13 range instead of 12-15? (if alpha is in high theta) But then, if you see alpha in theta with an adult, what do you do? How do you train the alpha up to the real alpha range? Do you just train SMR as 12-15 anyway? What does it mean to see the alpha shape in beta, and high beta!! Does this need to be addressed? Is alpha all the way up there? Thanks and talk to you on Sat.
