Guest guest
I'm looking at replacing my old T-Fal cookware I got when I got married 10 years ago. I know not to buy anything aluminum or with a " non-stick " coating on it. I've been eyeing some stainless steal sets at Sam's. The Sam's brand is stainless steel with an aluminum core. Is that problematic? It's labeled as " Tri-Ply " . Another set is also called " Tri-Ply Stainless Steel " but it says nothing on whether or not there is an aluminum core (or what " tri-ply " means for that matter!) Then there is a third set that is also stainless steel, but these have copper bases. Is copper problematic? Should I stick to one of these sets or keep looking for something that is only stainless steel. I know NT says stainless steel, not aluminum, but I'm not sure with all these cores and plys and bases what should work to exclude something from a purchase. TIA!
