Guest guest
I thought I'd throw this topic out there for you all. I read that if you have a white coating on your tongue that it is almost certainly a sign of overgrowth of candida albicans. Is that true? I, unfortunately, do have a white coating on my tongue. Is it possible that I have it from years of eating refined flour and sugar? I was a carb addict before. I heard that coconut oil is good at killing off the excess candida. Can anyone recommend a reliable website on the subject? Ciao, Dawn
