Guest guest Posted September 5, 2004 Report Share Posted September 5, 2004 Has anyone made the suet pudding in NT? It's interesting that you don't render the suet -- just use it straight. I heard from my beef supplier that Higgins, an NTish restaurant in Portland, made it once. I'll report back after i try it.
