I have a book _On Language_ that is basically supposed to be a Chomsky reader of half politics and half linguistics. Funny enough, there is an intro interview in which he states that his linguistics has nothing to do with his politics, but apparently the editor disagreed enough to combine the two into a book. When I originally read it, when I was 16 or 17, the linguistics got to dense with terminology I didn't understand for me to read. But, maybe if I give it another go now I'll be able to understand it better. I watched a video about his linguistic that I got from a school library that was great. I don't remember the name-- Acquiring Language, maybe. Pinker cites Chomsky in his book _Blank Slate_ that had recommended, about the science of human nature.
