Guest guest
you might need to just change up your program. if you're feeling burnt out, change to lower amount of reps for your overall workout. if you're using heavy weights, this won't hurt your overall goals. you need to change approximately every 6-8 workouts or 6-8 weeks, depending on how you have designed your program. (if you only do each exercise ONCE a week, then you can change your workout in 6 weeks, but if you do the exercise more than once a week, change sooner) Re: Post workout NT food ideas > Without the right sleep and fuel, you're just going to be drained and > exhausted when you work out - which is really kind of the " canary in the > coal mine " of your endocrine system and its level of depletion. hmm, well, when you put it that way then it makes my question seem rather stupid, LOL. I don't know what to do, i hate to quit weight lifting. Maybe i'll quit going for the intense workouts and just do some general weight-bearing stuff. I do notice after a long, intense cardio workout i feel fine the rest of the day. It's just the weights that tire me out. In the meantime i'll keep up my hunt for a nightly wet nurse who'll work for free. Elaine

Body-builders that subscribe to the " steroid freak " school of bodybuilding use insulin itself for massive growth. Chris
Guest guest
So is it a bad idea to just drink a couple of glasses of raw milk post-workout? MFJ Everything connects. The Universe is not THAT chaotic. Beauty can still be found in the most amazing places.

I don't think it's the *most* effective thing to use, but it's definitely good. Great, compared to what many probably do. Chris

Oh goody - because that's pretty much the only thing I can handle at that time of day. Just keep drinking till I'm not all quivery any more. Hehe. MFJ Everything connects.
