you might need to just change up your program. if you're feeling burnt out,

change to lower amount of reps for your overall workout. if you're using

heavy weights, this won't hurt your overall goals. you need to change

approximately every 6-8 workouts or 6-8 weeks, depending on how you have

designed your program. (if you only do each exercise ONCE a week, then you

can change your workout in 6 weeks, but if you do the exercise more than

once a week, change sooner)

hmm, well, when you put it that way then it makes my question seem rather

stupid, LOL. I don't know what to do, i hate to quit weight lifting. Maybe

i'll quit going for the intense workouts and just do some general

weight-bearing stuff. I do notice after a long, intense cardio workout i

feel fine the rest of the day. It's just the weights that tire me out. In

the meantime i'll keep up my hunt for a nightly wet nurse who'll work for

free.

I don't recall exactly why it's good, but it's a whole food and it will give

a moderate insulin response after working out. this is important supposedly

because it will force the sugar in the blood into the muscles which allows them

to recover and grow.

required for growth. Body-builders that subscribe to the " steroid freak "

school of bodybuilding use insulin itself for massive growth.

So is it a bad idea to just drink a couple of glasses of raw milk

post-workout?

it's the *most* effective thing to use, but it's definitely good. Great,

compared to what many probably do.

Oh goody - because that's pretty much the only thing I can handle at that

time of day. Just keep drinking till I'm not all quivery any more.
