What I would do with it is limited to my imagination because it's

totally illegal here (Vancouver, B.C. Canada). :-( I so hope for a

cow-op I can participate in, or a good biodynamic farmer friend.

Strawberry or mango " fool " : Whipped till thick with some vanilla

essence or a small amount natural sweetener. Mix with equal

quantities of thick yoghurt. Get a similar amount of strawberries or

mango and zizz it up in food processor. Stir through and chill.

(drooling....)

Kefired - on top of chilli or soup, or made into a dip

Or drink a couple of mouthfuls straight .....

I like to make the ice cream recipe in NT. It calls for 3 cups though, so

you'd need a little more than a pint. It's the best ice cream though, if

you're using good quality raw cream. Everyone here raves about it.

Well, of course not! :-) We're here to share ideas, experiences, etc. Even

to share political games of logic. LOL

I tried this recipe on Sunday. I thought it had a bit of a strange

aftertaste. My daughter didn't like it at all! I think it might have

been the arrowroot. I used the starch. Should I have used it in a

different form?

As far as another use for the cream: I made some scrambled eggs this

morning, and threw some cream in there and cooked them in pork lard.

They were delicious!!

Hi Jen,

Oops - forgot that I use a modified version of the recipe. I don't use

arrowroot. I just use cream, yolks, real vanilla extract and Really Raw

Honey. The yolks are pastured and typically orange, and the honey tastes

excellent. I put in about 1/4 cup or a bit more of the honey. It's too sweet

to use 1/2 cup (as with the molasses in the recipe). I like to use thick

cream for this. It always gets rave reviews :-)

Thanks, Suze! I'll try this. I'm sure my daughter will be grateful!
