Guest guest
Hi, I'm Jen. I've been lurking for the past week. I'm from the Kansas City area and a 7 year old dd and 4 year old ds. I've noticed there're a lot of homeschooling families here! We do as well. I picked up NT about a month ago. My family really loves nearly everything I've made from the book! It hasn't been too drastic of a change, but I'm having a hard time completely doing away with sugar. I can go all day without it, but I really want a rum & coke every now and then! (Shameful, I know!) I have a question about making butter. I've had a couple times where I couldn't get the cream to turn. I've been doing it in the food processor. The farmer, where I buy the raw milk, suggested that I try it in the blender on a lower setting instead. I have no idea what I've been doing wrong, though. Has anyone else had this experience? Any suggestions? Thanks! Jen
