Guest guest Posted December 18, 2008 Report Share Posted December 18, 2008 i always tell my interns that the brain is like a tube a toothpaste if you train at P4 i promise it will affect P3!!! Alpha should be trained at P4 with eyes closed I usually train only the good stuff and so far have had great results be cautious with the whole band width on alpha sometimes its makes you "blonde"!!! best of luck Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
