Anne Wigmore, who was

famous for her raw food, sprout-based diet, has recipes for several

raw breads in her book 'Recipes for Longer Life.' She even teaches you

how to make your own coconut oil!

Funny story: I had an interesting client who says Anne Wigmore stayed with

her for six weeks while doing some experiments at UCLA many years ago.

Apparently, Anne would get up every morning and breakfast on fresh avocados and

oranges with my client, then head out for a " walk " and go down to the bowling

alley coffee shop for bacon and eggs.

Client said the tests were to see how the raw diet worked. Conclusion:

real well for two weeks then the subjects suffered loose teeth and bleeding

gums. A big disappointment.

Really! Did your client spy on her (so that's why she knew) or was

Wigmore open about it? Either way, according to the article below,

many vegetarian health gurus have done similar things.
