Guest guest
Hi Elaine, Yeah, I know what you mean. I can't recall the last time I ate a bowl of pasta or sat down to a big calzone. I think my husband is beginning to understand how empty these foods are, too (yay!). I understand that you don't eat a high carb diet, but do include some carbs. What are these comprised of? Breads? Sweet potatoes, etc? Thanks, a > I don't count grams but i can see compared to the average person i eat what > might be called low carb. Guest guest
I eat fruit and stuff like winter squash, sweet potatoes and beets. I'm not a purist though and eat rye crackers sometimes and occasional desserts. But i am earnestly trying to lose weight (have lost 10 pounds so far) since the birth of my second child over a year ago and am starting up on the coconut oil diet, which is largely free of starchy produce and totally free of grains. elaine > I understand that you don't eat a high carb diet, but do include some > carbs.
