Sue here. Hi! I am enrolled in a lifetime Fitness course at my community

college. Both the coach from it and my local YMCA have told me to only work

out every-other day so your muscles have a chance to contract back. This

keeps them from overworking themselves and I think it's great advice for us

Arthritisians. Anyway, just my 2cents worth! Love to ya. --Sue
