I believe these are bioenergetic exercises. Those interested may check out Lowen's prolific and amazing work.

Rene, I am not sure there are DVD's but the book The Way to Vibrant Health, A of Bioenergetic Exercises by Lowen is wonderful. The exercises are well explained and demonstrated by Lowen himself. You may check out the bioenergeticpress.com to get an idea of the scope of his work. Lowen passed away in October and he was one of the amazing leaders in the field of somatic psychotherapy. It is good to see this work emerging in new ways.
