the remedy is to eat the rice whole and raw - not much about a handful

first thing in the morning instead of breakfast and wait at leastr a

couple of hours if not more before eating

you can also then eat raw pumpkin seeds sometime during the day and for

htose who can a handful of raw scallions or onions or garlic (I can't

and people with some liver impairments may nbot tolerate high sulphur

foods like this in that form.

some people soak the rice but it is not necessary. It is important to

chew it REALLY well - like 200 times or so - it should be really well

broken down. If it hurts your teeth or jaw then soak it and partially

crush in a mortar and pestle or suribachi (japanese mortan and pestle)
