Has any one tried to Sue the Ped. Doctor

My intention is to Sue my son's Ped. He has referred us to Specialist

for DOC band when my son is 21 month of age, too late. He is saying his

head got worse since the last checkup at 15 months but his head was

deformed from the beginning.

I hate to generalize but so far I encountered three old doctors who were

not educated with the latest technology and has cost us a lot. One was

my infertility Specialist who didn't know about IVF. He wasted our time

for three years and caused us lot of unnecessary stress. The

gynecologist who was going to make a big cut on my stomach to take care

of endometriouses instead of two small wholes (Thanks god I didn't go

with him) and now this doctor.

I am really frustrated to put my life and the life of my precious kids

into hands of these kind of doctors. Has any one tried to Sue the Ped.?
