Guest guest
GB issues are very closely related to diet. I have seen a great deal of success with a program based on Pitchford's ideas on the GB in Healing with Wholefoods I usually recommend a gradual GB renewal program but there are also more drastic overnight or one week programs wich have saved many people's GB. I think the gradual program is safer and more effective long term the herb cleavers is a godsend for the GB. It is part of the program but can also be used on its own working at keeping your GB is a very worthwhile endeavour. Now going towards the fall in the northern hemoisphere means the organis of the opposite season Liver and GB often complain if the organs of the season - lungs and Large intestine which are weka in many people these days cannot keep their energies in check there are a lot of GB self help ebooks if you google too sarah wrote: Help! i have a friend who has just been diagnosed with gall bladder stones. she's been in quite a bit of pain, on and off. The dr wants to take out her gall bladder, but she'd rather not have surgery (she's already had her appendix removed.) She is a vegetarian. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks! Stay in the know. Guest guest
and Klara, I have just read a great book about liver & gallbladder flush called "the amazing liver & GB flush" by s Moritz, very informative and I would definitely consider doing a flush (several actually) in both cases mentioned, much better option than removing the GB. The book explains you in details why you get gallstones (diet, lifestyle, drugs...), the flush itself (easy to do, did it myself), how to avoid gallstones, the danger of getting gallstones, the benefits you can expect from doing the flush... Hope it helps. Marie Découvrez un nouveau moyen de poser toutes vos questions quelque soit le sujet ! Yahoo! Questions/Réponses pour partager vos connaissances, vos opinions et vos expériences.
