Guest guest Posted March 30, 2006 Report Share Posted March 30, 2006 SUMMARY: Responsible to function as a clinical resource for the sales team participating in onsite and internet demonstrations. Builds client relationships by developing hospital-wide relationships, gathering data and clarifying expectations. Maintains the pulse of client activity and communicates information to appropriate personnel. Promotes multidisciplinary collaboration and acts as a facilitator and change agent regarding the integration of technology into the organizational environment. Performs or assists with on-site process analysis at time of initial site walk through prior to software installation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Participates in clinical demonstrations of product Knowledgeable on state nursing regulations and requirements for documentation in each state Participates in site visits with potential clients Assist in team training for client during pre-implementation and as needed Conduct individual on-site training example: physicians Clinical support on go-live Works with client team to set up nursing templates for nursing documentation Builds hospital-wide relationships with Perioperative & Critical Care Clinical staff, IS Project Lead Works with management team to facilitate upgrade and up sales Conduct roundtables on how things are going with client and team Collaborates with client to collect benchmark data for excellence Conducts Clinical Analysis and produces Reports Conducts Site Survey with technical staff Coordinates Implementation Process in conjunction with technical Project Lead SUPERVIOSORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises and is responsible for team members as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
