Guest guest
Hi Millie, I’m not sure if I can send an attachment to the list, but I’ll try. It is an article I wrote for the Applied Neuroscience Society of Australasia last year about my work using neurofeedback in a school setting here in Australia. If it doesn’t come through send me your e-mail address backchannel and I’ll send it to you. Kind regards, Mark From: braintrainer [mailto:braintrainer ] On Behalf Of Millie Sent: Wednesday, 29 October 2008 10:23 AM To: braintrainer Subject: Brain research and education Hello all! Being in the field of education, it is inspiring to read an article on brain research and education in the Health section of the Washington Post. Even though neurofeedback is not the focus of the article, it is encouraging to see the movement to link neuroscience and educational methods being promoted in our schools and opens the door for further research and program development. I am very excited to find open-minded people in our educational institutions that are willing to look at the education of our youth with a brain-science perspective as I too feel that advances in neuroscience have great implications in education and provide a key to helping our youth. I dream to one day see neurofeedback in our public schools, enabling all students to access and perform at their optimal, intellectual ability. I welcome any information, suggestions, or ideas that will support neurofeedback in our public school.
