Hello, I have a client asking me if I can train her mentally retarded

daughter. She is 13 can't speak ! Very anxiouos. Doesn't follow

instructions and is resteless. She also has epilepsy. Does anybody

think there is hope in training this girl ? Thanks, Roland Verment.
