Guest guest
Are you starting with brain training, and would you like a hands-on in-person introduction to EEG recording and the TLC Assessment? This workshop may be what you are looking for: Brain Training for Newbies Feb. 7-8, 2009 in Rutland, Vermont The 2-day workshop provides practice in site-finding and lead-placement and an opportunity for each participant to perform a full TLC Assessment. It is meant to complement the TLC Basic Skills Videos on site-finding and lead-placement. You can purchase the videos with your registration at a special price, so you can review the material after the workshop. Participants will work in pairs, practicing these critical skills, looking at the signals they achieve in training software, and learning to recognize major types of artifact. The second day of the workshop will involve each participant gathering and processing data for an evaluation—and having an evaluation performed as a client as well. The workshop will be taught by Sharrie Hanley, who has been trained in and uses the TLC assessment approach in her own neurofeedback practice. Sharrie is a naturopath who speaks and writes widely on neurofeedback and wholistic health issues.
