I apologize for your frustration. At the last minute, I and the other

moderators were coincidentially unable to access our computers this weekend.

Because of spamming of the lists, I put new members (and new members only) on

moderation--this is something I announced on Friday or Thursday. I apologize

that this affected new members within the last few days, as there was no way

to communicate with people who hadn't joined yet (there was no time to

rewrite the guidelines for 11 groups).

However, your posts are still there, and assuming they meet the guidelines I

will send them all of the out now. (If they don't, we will try to reexplain

the guidelines).

I welcome you and any other new members to the group and I hope you all get

as much out of the list as we all have. Thank you for your patience. Please

feel free to contact me or any other facilitator with questions and concerns.

Also, please read the guidelines carefully. We will all do whatever we can to

help you become familiar with the group, including give new members Buddies

to help acquaint them with the list (see the guidelines).

The guidelines are available in the following places:

1. We post a few guidelines each day or so.

2. You can download them from the www. BPDCentral library

3. The are sent automatically once a month

4. Each member receives them upon joining.

Please also be aware that in addition to WTOmain, there are about 10 other

smaller groups for people with special concerns, including for people who are

staying in their BPD relationship and want a kinder, gentler environment,

WTOTransitions for the undecided, WTODivorcing for those who want to discuss

divorce (also see Love and Loathing booklet), WTOGLBT for GLBT members who

want their own group (although many GLBT people also on the main list),

WTOChristian for those who want a group with the same spiritual values, and

others.
