where do I connect for diff. conditions?

Hi,

I'm new to all this, and have protocols for different conditions--

however, exactly where do I place the electrodes for the different

protocols, i.e., for depression, I have 2-7 D and 12-15 up--my program

will set this up, but where do I place the electrodes?
