Why can't we have a trial of abx in autism?

It says this started with the observation that an antibiotic helped a

schizophrenic. Don't we have enough evidence that abx benefits autistics to

merit a serious trial? Who would we have to approach to demand one, does anyone

know? Are there enough of us wanting such a trial to make a strong case? I am

prepared to help with the bureaucracy etc.
