I had this problem once, and solved it by putting the A1 (ear) electrode

on the top of the ear.

I was using the ActiveEEG electrodes. The active electrode was at T3

and it was a neurotrode. The reference electrode was a disposable

snap electrode at the left mastoid. The ground electrode was a

disposable snap electrode at the right mastoid. I was not using ear

clips or linked ears.

I have gained weight recently so that's probably the problem. I

don't know if I'm going to be able to lose much weight at this time

though. I think I will try pasting the dispoable electrodes to the

backs of my upper ears.
