Tumescent Liposuction for HIV related fat neck

I've had 5 Sculptra treatments (so far) and finally I see my old face

coming back to what I knew it to be before lipotraphy took it's toll.

Now, I need my old neck back which ironically is almost the opposite

of what I am doing to my cheeks. I have been doing a bit of research

and feel the best way (only way, really) to get this extra bulge off

around my neck is the Tumescent Liposuction. I've pondered over this

for quite some time and feel like I want to go through with this. I am

normally a thin person and this bulgy neck just seems out of place.

Has anyone had this done? Specifically the Tumescent Lipo and around

the neck. If so, could you share your experience?
