Hello all

i have been treating my autism for about 7 years now starting with

gf/cf diet but also i exclude

msg, aspartame and pineapple (the latter so it doesn't dislocate

anything due to my HMS).

Recently i completed a bad round of chelation that was stopped about

10 hours early and i havent

been feeling myself since.

I've got really bad stomach pains and im unsure if these are gas pains

or a reaction to the nectar

algarve (not sure what the proper name is but you find it in the tesco

free from aisle) stuff i used

in my gf/cf flapjacks? These have been happening most of the week and

im a bit wired up due

to them. ive attempting drinking the tonic water to settle my stomach

and tried an alka setlzer

(that would get rid of gassy pains) but i dont know what the problem

is? i fear it might be my

'dairy free' probiotic drink which is probably soy (it appeared to be

causing problems a while

ago so i went off the stuff. My nephew has a sickness bug so i might

have a mild form with

wind and nausea instead.

i have just managed to 'go' on the loo after being unable to for the

past few days.

im wondering if this is the final stages of withdrawal as i have just

come off the gluten in

tea bags?

If anyone can advise on what supplements to take (or avoid) or what

foods to have or avoid

that would be appreciated, thanks, going to drink some aloe vera juice

to see if that helps.
