Second opinions and referells

Spoke to CP yesterday regarding 's OCD and waiting list.

He was seen 2 yrs ago where they decided he didn't actually have OCD, I have explained to this man that the situation is now much worse and even school are reporting major problems just getting through the day. The thing is though, he is still saying his team are not convinced this isn't just "Autistic Anxiety" probably something related to "toddlers diahrea" (sigh).

I asked him if we can have a referrel to the Maudsley but he said they had never needed to refer anyone to the Maudsley, I told him the regardless of their history with others I would like that referrel, he then said there would be a budgeting issue.

So how have any of you got referrels?
